5 Tasty, Easy Chicken Parmesan Recipes for Every Diet

Chicken parmesan — often labeled as chicken parmigiana in Italian restaurants — is one of the most beloved Italian-American chicken recipes. The mouthwatering dish is easy to prepare and features some of our favorite comfort foods: chicken, melted cheese, marinara sauce and pasta.

Chicken parmesan can be made in a variety of ways, from the traditional oven-baked style served with pasta to a healthy vegan version with beans. It's easy to prepare chicken parmesan at home, but it might be difficult to find the perfect recipe for your family's dietary needs and taste preferences. The internet is filled with recipe options, but we've done the hard part for you. Here's our take on some of the best chicken parmesan recipes for different diet plans.

Best Traditional Chicken Parmesan

Everyone should know how to make an authentic chicken parmesan dish, so let's start with a basic recipe for this traditional Italian classic. The tender breaded chicken is topped with tomato sauce seasoned with plenty of Italian herbs and melted parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. The dish pairs well with any pasta — spaghetti, rigatoni, penne, etc. — roasted vegetables and even zucchini "zoodles."

Start your prep by slicing chicken breasts to make four thin cutlets. Cut a baguette into cubes and place the pieces in a food processor to make crumbs. Heat olive oil on medium-high heat in a cast iron skillet, such as the highly rated Legend cast iron skillet, which comes with a lifetime warranty. Add the bread crumbs to the skillet and stir until they get crisp. Then add the parmesan cheese and stir until the cheese is melted. Transfer the blend to a bowl and add basil. With the skillet still on medium-high heat, add more olive oil and seasoned chicken and cook until the pieces are just cooked through, flipping once to achieve even browning.

Remove the chicken and add tomato puree, water, garlic, red pepper flakes and more parmesan to the skillet. Simmer on medium heat until the sauce thickens. Add more basil and season to taste with salt and pepper before returning the chicken to the skillet. Spoon sauce on each piece and create a layered topping with parmesan cheese, part of the breadcrumb mixture, mozzarella cheese and the remaining breadcrumb mixture. Place the entire skillet in the oven and broil until the cheeses melt.

For complete guidance on ingredient measurements, look for the full recipe on the Food Network website. Be sure to follow each step closely to enjoy an authentic chicken parmesan recipe that is sure to be a crowd pleaser.

Best Easy-to-Make Chicken Parmesan

With so many chicken parmesan recipes available, you would be right to assume that some recipes certainly have to be easier than others, but that doesn't mean it's easy to spot the simpler choices. Luckily, we found a recipe you can easily make when you're busy but still in the mood for a delicious Italian meal that features all the deliciousness of crunchy bread crumbs, mozzarella cheese and a tangy pasta sauce.

Ready to start cooking? Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, whisk together milk and an egg and then dip pounded chicken breasts in the mixture and then in a bowl of Italian bread crumbs. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or saute pan over medium-high heat and brown the chicken in the oil until it turns golden brown on each side. Pour enough of your favorite pasta sauce in the bottom of the baking dish to completely coat it and place the fried chicken breasts on top. Add mozzarella cheese to cover the chicken and then pour additional sauce over the chicken and cheese. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes.

While the chicken is baking, cook your chosen pasta, such as Barilla or another brand, according to the directions on the box. Ridged penne pasta cooks in just 11 minutes, for example, and is a good source of folic acid and iron. Serve the chicken with the pasta for a traditional American-Italian meal.

Best Keto-Friendly Chicken Parmesan

Keto-friendly recipes are extremely popular right now — for good reason. We could all use fewer unhealthy carbohydrates, such as starches and sugars, in our daily diets. You might not think chicken parmesan could be adapted into a healthy recipe, but you can make a keto-friendly recipe that is incredibly delicious by replacing a few standard ingredients with keto alternatives — almond flour for all-purpose flour, for instance. The end result tastes like original chicken parmesan with all the zesty Italian herbs and melted cheeses, but it isn't loaded down with carbs.

If your chicken breasts are thick, begin by cutting them in half lengthwise to make them thinner. Place eggs and almond flour in two separate bowls. In a third bowl, combine parmesan cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Dip the chicken breasts in the almond flour, then the eggs, and finally the parmesan and herb blend. Cook the breasts in a skillet with oil over medium heat until the pieces are golden brown. Place them in a baking dish like the Krokori rectangular ceramic baking dish and top with a keto-friendly pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Eager to get started with complete measurement details for the recipe? Check out full step-by-step instructions on the Delish website. The site also includes additional tips to make this keto-friendly version of chicken parmesan come out perfect, so don't forget to check them out!

Best Vegetarian Spin on "Chicken" Parmesan

Just because you prefer to eat vegetarian dishes, it doesn't mean you can't enjoy the same zesty flavors of classic chicken parmesan. This particular recipe is vegan as well and features white bean "chicken" parmesan that tastes just like the traditional meat dish, complete with tangy pasta sauce and vegan mozzarella. In place of poultry, the "chicken" is a blend of white beans, bread crumbs, wheat gluten and poultry seasoning.

Ready to try it for yourself? First mash some cannellini beans in a mixing bowl and then add olive oil, vegetable broth, soy sauce, wheat gluten, bread crumbs, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Stir until the ingredients are combined, kneading with your hands if necessary to achieve a mixture that is doughy but no longer sticky. In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs, nutritional yeast, oregano and basil. Form the white bean mixture into patties and coat them in the bread crumb mixture. Place the patties on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 450 degrees, flipping halfway through.

Once the patties finish cooking, top them with tomato sauce, vegan mozzarella cheese and vegan parmesan cheese, such as Nooch It! Fair Trade Dairy-Free Cashew Grated Cheese. Return the patties to the oven for a few minutes to let the mozzarella cheese completely melt. Check out the full recipe here to make a delicious vegan "chicken" parm that could fool you into believing you're eating the real thing.

Best Chicken Parmesan Casserole

A chicken parmesan casserole has all the delicious flavors you expect to find in a traditional chicken parmesan dish, but it's served as an easy all-in-one dish that takes all the hard work out of making this Italian comfort food. The ingredient list is simple, with shredded chicken, rich marinara sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese at the center of it all. The casserole can be paired with a salad or bread to complete the experience.

Want to try it? Boil your pasta of choice to al dente texture and drain it. Mix it with shredded chicken, marinara sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese and transfer the ingredients to a greased casserole dish, such as the KOOV ceramic casserole dish, which features high temperature stoneware that is safe for oven and microwave use. Saute garlic and panko bread crumbs in butter over medium heat. Top the casserole with shredded mozzarella and the bread crumb mixture with parmesan added. Cover the casserole with foil sprayed with nonstick spray and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking until the cheese is bubbly, and the bread crumbs are golden brown.

For more detailed instructions, you can check out the full recipe to ensure you get the bubbly, zesty chicken parmesan casserole you've been craving. Bon appetit!

What Are the Easiest Video Live Streaming Services?

Photo Courtesy: The Washington Post/Getty Images

Whether it's because you live in a small town with few chances for exposure or there's a global pandemic keeping everyone indoors, there are plenty of reasons why it might not be possible to reach all the people you'd like, whether it's for a service you offer, self-promotion or anything else. With modern technology, however, you don't need to speak with people in person to pursue your goals and dreams. Live streaming means that anyone can have a platform for sharing their voice with the world — as long as they have something unique and worthwhile to say.

For those who want to try out live streaming to broadcast an event or activity online, the following are among easiest video live streaming services that will set you on the right path.

Facebook Live

When it comes to convenience, Facebook Live is an obvious choice for live streaming. Not only does it come with a potential audience of millions of people, but you're probably already familiar with the base Facebook website. To use and launch Facebook Live, all you need is a Facebook account or the app if you're using a smartphone. You'll also need a webcam if you are going to live stream with a laptop or a personal computer.

Facebook Live gives you a taste of being a live streamer without having to require you to beef up your device's hardware or have an understanding of rendering videos. Once you go live, you already have a ready audience in the form of your friends and any followers of your Facebook posts. Facebook Live also lets you stream to Facebook users apart from your list of friends and followers by tweaking your privacy settings to make your stream visible to the public.

Between its simplicity and the ability to view real-time reports on things like peak live viewers, average audience time spent watching and more, the advantages of Facebook Live are clear. Be aware, however, that as with many live streaming services, hostile audience members can disrupt your stream through comments that are visible to everyone else.

YouTube Live

YouTube Live is part of a brand that has long been synonymous with video sharing online, and you'd be hard-pressed to find anyone unfamiliar with the original YouTube website. As with Facebook Live, YouTube Live only requires users to have a YouTube account and app on a smartphone or just a webcam if you're on a laptop or PC. It also has the same metric reports regarding viewership duration, total view time and viewer playbacks.

YouTube Live also offers features that are not available on the Facebook app, such as automatic live captions for hearing-impaired audience members. You can also broadcast on a delay in situations where material may turn inappropriate, enable automatic recording, follow conversations even after a stream is over and save broadcasts on your channel to make them available to watch them even after the broadcast.

Instagram Live

Because Instagram has more than 100 million users in the United States alone, users of Instagram Live have a huge potential audience. You also only need an Instagram account and a smartphone, making it convenient and simple. The only real downside is that there's no option to go live from PC yet.

Photo Courtesy: The Washington Post/Getty Images

Instagram Live is unique in the sense that it allows you to use features shared by Instagram in the feed itself, such as the ability to add colors, filters, GIFs and emojis. You can interact with your audience via the chat stream at the bottom of your screen. To keep your comment section wholesome, users have the option of adding filters to the comment section, pin constructive comments at the top of the stream or disable comments altogether.

There are several caveats for those who are considering Instagram Live to stream videos. however. One is that this live streaming platform works best ― and often only ― in portrait view. Videos that you want to broadcast on Instagram Live also have to be recorded on a smartphone and can't be copied from other devices.

Modern Small Apartment Living Room Ideas

Modern Small Apartment Living Room Ideas

If you are looking for small apartment living room ideas, then you'll be more than aware of the tricky task of making a room look wider, taller or brighter than it actually is, while also trying to make every corner look cozy.

These small apartment living room ideas will help inspire you to achieve the space of your dreams.

Though it can be challenging to find the right small living room ideas for apartments and studios, there are several benefits to compact living. A well-designed scheme can feel just as comfortable as a larger space, with all the coziness and comfort associated with family living. One of the main advantages is the convenient accessibility of everything that's needed. Easy maintenance is another bonus.

All you have to do now is to find the perfect color scheme, layout and furniture style to suit your space – and that's where our living room ideas come in.

Small apartment living room ideas

If your apartment has a small living room, there are ways you can enhance it so it feels larger and thoughtfully designed. Our tips and small apartment living room ideas will get you started.

1. Emphasize vertical lines to cheat the eye

A black apartment living room idea with small curved cream sofa and cream drapes.

Whether you choose striped wallpaper or floor-to-ceiling hung drapes, you are creating a visual trick, drawing the eye up and down a wall rather than across it, which dupes the brain into seeing a small apartment living room as taller than it is. When used in long living room ideas too, this trick can help rebalance a room's narrow proportions.

So, if your apartment living room has low ceilings, use this interior designer's trick – but soften the effect with curvaceous furniture.

2. Have apartment living rooms fitted for storage

Studio or small apartment living rooms cry out for fitted furniture that can not only hold (and hide) everything they need to, but also make use of every inch of space in a way that feels calm and uncluttered – so opt for built-in small living room storage ideas wherever you can.

Here, the storage wall has been cleverly brought into the room through the use of the orange accent color. The orange backdrop offers a dramatic contrast to the accessories displayed, further heightening its effect.

3. Decorate with a monochromatic color scheme

Monochromatic living room color schemes, using different tones of the same color, will help to make the furniture and other features recede and appear to take up less space when factored into apartment living room ideas.

Soften the palette by adding a warm gray or blue, like in this white and blue living room, rather than a harsh black or white.

4. Keep small apartment flooring simple

Flooring should be unfussy so it blends into the background. Plain, neutral carpet works well in most small apartment living room ideas. Going without a rug will also open up the floor space.

5. Use the same color palette

When decorating small spaces, create the illusion of higher ceilings by painting walls, floors, woodwork and even fireplaces all the same color. This provides a seamless look, where your eyes are not stopped by a change in color, thus giving the illusion of a larger space.

Paint low ceilings brilliant white, or a lighter tone of the same color that's used on the walls, to create the illusion of height. You can add color with soft furnishings and accessories.

In this entirely cream and white living room scheme, low-slung furniture has been used effectively to make the room look taller, too.

6. Play with scale

Carefully consider which furniture would work best when planning small apartment living room ideas.

Adding clear or hi-shine perspex chairs or a glass coffee table will give the room the feeling of more air and space. Light will bounce around glass furniture and glossy surfaces, so plenty of shiny and mirrored furniture and accessories will make a small living room feel bigger.

7. Invest in space-saving furniture

Use shelves for items you really want to display. Floor-to-ceiling shelving will make good use of all the space you have at your disposal, and keep everything off the floor.

To make the room feel as large as possible, don't over-stuff the shelves – instead, decorate their interiors to complement the rest of your scheme, like in this sophisticated gray living room with red accents, and keep them under-populated.

8. Consider armless furniture

Opt for armless chairs and sofas for space-enhancing small apartment living room ideas, and consider a corner unit sofa to create a more open feel.

Not only space-saving, armless pieces will also give you the opportunity to reposition your furniture more frequently in a variety of combinations. An arm may not seem bulky, but when it is not there, the room appears cleaner, sleeker and less cluttered.

9. Use shine to make a small apartment living room feel larger

Try using silks, satins and velvets on upholstery and soft furnishings. Their soft shimmer and shine will add to the feeling of space, and instill a sense of understated luxury into a small living room apartment.

10. Match walls to woodwork

Make a small apartment living room feel larger by painting the walls and woodwork in the same shade.

If you're brave enough, paint the ceiling in a brighter shade as well, to make the room feel taller. As long as your ceiling is painted in a paler color than your walls, no matter what the color, your ceilings will feel higher.

11. Hang a tall mirror

Not surprisingly, mirrors can make a room look larger. Hang a large mirror on a wall opposite a window or very near one to reflect the outdoors, broadening the feel of your room.

Mirrors reflect both natural and artificial light to make a room brighter during the day and night and they bounce light deep into the room, making it appear larger.

How do you decorate a small apartment living room?

Small living rooms in apartments may be short of space but can still be big on style. A carefully designed studio apartment that incorporates plenty of concealed storage and furniture that is tailored to the space can achieve a sense of comfort and convenience that belies a modest square footage.

Select furniture pieces that are in proportion to the size of your room – oversized cabinets, sofas and chairs can make a small room feel narrow. Furniture that is the same color as your walls tends to blend into the wall, making it look wider, and make sure you arrange your furniture at an angle to create a sense of depth to the room.

Consider finishing the walls in polished plaster, a material that reflects light and increases visual perception of space. Any other reflective decorative surfaces, such as patinated mirrors, silver leaf or lacquer, will make the space seem bigger too.

When decorating a small room, create a focal point – one area or feature that will draw the eye so there's less emphasis on the room's layout. In apartment living room ideas this will most likely be the sofa or coffee table, so make sure that focal point is the star of the room.

There are many wonderful things about getting older, but going through the aging process also means you might start experiencing bodily fatigue, achy muscles and joint pain more often than you used to. Because of this, you might have difficulty moving and exercising. But you don't have to let that slow you down. It's vital for older adults to get regular physical activity — the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends 150 minutes a week of moderate-intensity activity — but what if you want to gently ease into more movement without exacerbating aches and pains?

One way to get started is to practice chair yoga. Chair yoga exercises are a perfect way for you to stretch and get moving, all while you're safely seated in a chair — no need to get down onto the floor. This type of yoga can help loosen your muscles, improve circulation, build strength and even relieve stress. Even better? You can do it any time from the comfort of your own home.

Chair yoga, or sitting yoga, for seniors is a modified version of traditional hatha yoga to help relieve body aches and stay healthy in a safe and accessible way. Hatha yoga is a form of this type of exercise that's more gentle and more slowly paced with a focus on stretching and breathing. It's ideal for anyone who lives with pain that could make more complex yoga poses difficult, such as chronic pain, osteoporosis and multiple sclerosis. Additionally, chair yoga can also be ideal for people who spend long hours sitting in a chair.

Many seniors find their lives become sedentary with each passing year because movement may become more tiring, uncomfortable or painful. Practicing chair yoga regularly can provide a way to prevent or relieve those issues. It's a low-impact way to get the blood in your body flowing and stretch your muscles.

In terms of equipment, all you need for chair yoga is a stable, armless chair. Make sure the chair is resting on a flat, stable surface and that you're wearing comfortable clothes that allow for a generous range of motion. Chair yoga can also be ideal if you're a wheelchair user.

Benefits of Chair Yoga for Seniors

Getting regular exercise can add years to your life and slow the aging process. However, many types of exercise can become more difficult to perform with age. High-impact exercises like weightlifting, running and other types of intense cardio can be particularly hard on your joints and muscles. Chair yoga provides a way to get your body moving without stressing your joints with hard impacts like running does. Practicing chair yoga for 20-30 minutes per session several times a week can provide significant health benefits.

First of all, it can help manage and reduce pain. One recent study from the Journal of American Geriatrics Society found that chair yoga effectively helped relieve pain associated with osteoarthritis. Furthermore, chair yoga involves stretching the neck, upper back, lower back, shoulders, arms, legs, knees and ankles without much impact on the joints. This not only reduces stiffness, tension and pain, but it can also help to improve mobility in the long run.

Another potential benefit is improved flexibility, which can make it easier to perform regular movements as you go about your everyday routine. Being flexible also can improve muscle coordination and posture and lower the risk of future muscle soreness and injuries. Chair yoga helps improve your strength and balance as well, meaning falls become a lot less likely. Having a strong body also increases your ability to withstand injury.

Chair yoga even has benefits for your mental wellbeing. As with traditional yoga, chair yoga involves a lot of deep breathing, which can help clear your mind similarly to meditation. This often results in reduced stress, a better mood, less anxiety and a calmer state of mind.

Try These Great Chair Yoga Routines

There's no need to leave your home, join a gym or go to chair yoga classes at a fitness studio — plenty of outstanding chair yoga routines are available online. Some are written out with pictures, while others are instructional video workouts you can follow along with.

If you're unsure about the idea of following along with a chair yoga video, you can simply make your own routine consisting of exercises sitting in a chair. Here are some great options for all skill levels:

The Forward Bend Pose involves bending over so your chest is resting on your thighs and your hands are reaching towards the floor. If you can, place your palms fully on the floor. To get the most out of this stretch, hold for 30 seconds or more, taking slow, long, deep breaths.

The Chair Pigeon Pose is another great chair yoga stretch. Sitting up straight with your knees aligned above your ankles, bring your left ankle to your right thigh. If you can, try bending forward as low as possible to make the stretch more intense. Hold here for several deep breaths before doing the same pose with the opposite leg.

For the Chair Spinal Twist, begin by sitting sideways on your chair facing right. Twist your torso to the right while grabbing the back of the chair with both hands to anchor yourself in that position. Stay here for several deep breaths. Then, switch to the left side.

The simple Overhead Stretch starts with you sitting up straight in your chair, facing forward with your arms relaxed and hanging by your sides. As you take a deep breath in, slowly begin to raise your arms up towards the ceiling. Once they're fully extended upward, take a moment to engage your core and ensure your back is straight. Hold this position for a few seconds. Let out a long exhale while slowly lowering your arms back down. Repeat this a few more times.

You might find it easier and more convenient to follow an exercise video routine that provides instructions and demonstrates the different positions for you. There are plenty of free chair yoga classes and routines for seniors to choose from. Here are some that come highly recommended:

  • Chair Yoga for Seniors With Adriene: Adriene is a master of making yoga fun and easy for everyone. In this 17-minute chair yoga video, she guides you through the moves slowly and clearly so that it's easy to follow along and enjoy learning the basics.
  • Gentle Chair Yoga With Mary Beth Kealy: This gentle, stimulating 41-minute chair yoga practice is great if you want to spend a little bit of extra time stretching. The background of the video incorporates soothing, meditative music to make the experience especially relaxing.
  • Chair Yoga for Lower Back Pain With Cindy: Cindy walks you through 18 minutes of sitting yoga for seniors. The stretches are specifically designed to ease lower back pain while helping you build strength at the same time.

Teal And Rust Living Room

Teal And Rust Living Room

There are so many colors that go with teal available right now.

13 most stunning colors that go with teal

However, when you want to add teal in your home design, you can't just pick any random color as the pairing for this tone since the result may not look as good as you hope it to be.

About that, it would be great if you know first about the choices of colors you can pair with teal. Of course, it also includes understanding about the visual result you will get if you match teal with a specific tone.

In this post, you will find information about the 13 most stunning colors that go with teal and the visual that each of the combinations will produce. The combos include:

Read further to find explanation and examples of all the combinations listed above.

1. Teal and Beige – Comfy and Trendy Look

The very first color in the list is beige. There are several reasons why this tone goes well with teal.

The first reason is that beige is a neutral color. This way it will never be a problem for you to pair it with teal. Besides, the pairing of beige and teal looks trendy.

If you choose to make beige the more dominant color for the design, it will become a perfect neutral tone for the teal details you use. Besides, this idea will make the teal details pop more prominently.

The second reason is that beige is a warm tone. It is evident that teal is a cool tone. This fact is the reason why adding beige to the room where there is also dominant teal color will add some warmth in there and make the interior feel cozy.

On the contrary, if the room has more warm tones including also the beige color, the addition of teal can create a balance. This way the room will not appear too hot.

Please take a look at the picture below as the example.

This contemporary living room design is an example of an interior with more warm tones, including also the beige hue that comes from the armchairs.

The existence of the teal sofa in this room does not only prove that teal can match beige amazingly. It also brings a rather small but quite strong cool atmosphere to balance the warmth of the room.

2. Teal and Black – Deep Elegant Look

The next most stunning color you can match with teal is black. Specifically, this combo creates a deep, elegant look. A fashionable look can also be the result of this combination. However, the elegance is more prominent.

When using the combination of black and teal in your interior, you need to realize that both colors are dark. It would be great if you think of some ways to avoid the room from getting too dark that it is very uncomfortable for you to be inside it.

In this case, the first thing you can count on to is lighting, both artificial and natural. Other than light, choosing the right items with the right hues to place in the room is an excellent decision too.

It will be easier to explain if you check out the picture of a contemporary dining and kitchen area below.

Both black and teal colors dominated the area in a balanced way. Although so, you can see from the pic, it can't avoid the fact that the room looks quite dark.

However, you can also see there is a rather large window on one side allowing natural sunlight to enter the room and adjust the brightness. Besides, the white backsplash, countertops, and dining table also play an important role related to the room's brightness level.

The look of your black and teal interior will be different if you add white as another dominant color. Please take a look at this following picture as the comparison.

Other than teal and black, this room also has dominant white color. This color addition is the best way to erase the dark atmosphere from the first color combination.

The best thing about adding white tone in the interior is not only about adjusting brightness. It is also about the fact that white can make teal and black more stunning and fashionable.

3. Teal and Brown – Comfy and Elegant Look

If you want to create an elegant look, but at the same time you also want your interior to look comfortable, the color you should pair with teal is brown, especially the ones with darker shades.

It is not a secret anymore that brown is the perfect color to create comfy and cozy interior.

The dark shades of brown even have a quite high level of elegance. With these facts in mind, if you want the comfy atmosphere to be stronger, choosing brown as the more dominant tone than teal is recommended.

The example of this idea exists in the contemporary bedroom picture below.

brown bedroom color that go with teal

It is undeniable that the brown and teal combo chosen for this room is perfect. The place has a strong natural brown color of the wood. Even the accent wall behind the bed also looks like wooden wall although it is possibly wallpaper.

A soothing atmosphere looks quite prominent in this bedroom. Even the room has a lot of darker brown shades it does not seem too dark.

Besides the fact that the room has adequate lighting system suitable for a resting place, it also has some other colors other than the dark brown shades.

Teal is the first color you can see here. The function of this color is not only as a compatible mate for brown. It is something that gives a calm, relaxed touch in the room making it an even better place for sleeping.

Cream is another color you can see on the ceiling and walls of the room. When you choose to pair dark brown with teal, you can consider adding another compatible color like this to avoid the place from looking too dark.

4. Teal and Cobalt Blue – Beautiful and Relaxing Feel

Combining teal with the right color in your interior can also result in a beautiful and relaxing feel. The recommended color mate here is none other but cobalt blue.

The most important reason why cobalt blue and teal are suitable for one another is that both of them belong to the blue category.
